At Coil Beauty, we value every customer and want everyone to be pleased with his or her purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order we are glad to accept returns.
•Returns are accepted within 60 days of receipt of order, you will receive a full refund (minus shipping charges) to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item. If you paid with PayPal/ or eGiftcard, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account or eGiftcard.
•If we receive your item by mail within 61-90 days of your purchase you will receive a refund in the form of an online store credit (eGiftcard) for the price of the item (minus shipping charges), which may be redeemed only at CoilBeauty.com.
•Items purchased on CoilBeauty.com and returned by mail more than 90 days after the purchase date will not be refunded. Items shipped to Coil Beauty outside of the return window will not be returned to you.
•Coil Beauty reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
•Please allow up two weeks (14 business days) for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. Return shipments can be tracked here.
•We regret that we are unable to refund your original or return shipping charges.
•If you receive your package and it is damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org 3 days of receipt with your name, transaction number and a photo of your damaged products and packaging. We will send you a replacement free of charge.
•Coil Beauty is unable to offer exchanges at this time.
